将离心压缩机转子系统简化为一个由两个完全相同的流体油膜轴承所支撑的刚性对称转子系统,并从能量的观点分析了二自由度转子动力系统的稳定性,同时就由非守恒循环力产生的交叉耦合刚度对系统不稳定性的影响进行了讨论.数值结果表明,减小交叉耦合刚度、提高阻尼,能够显著提高系统的稳定性.所提方法对实际转子动力系统的稳定性研究具有重要的应用价值.

@@@@In this paper, the centrifugal compressor rotor system is simplified to a rigid symmetry rotor system supported by two same fluid oil film bearings, and the stability of rotor dynamic system with two degrees of freedom is analyzed from viewpoint of energy transfer. Meanwhile, the effect of cross-coupling stiffness caused by non-conserved circulating force on system instability is discussed. The results show that the stability of the rotor system is improved significantly via reducing the cross-coupled stiffness and increasing the damping. The presented method provides insights for studying the stability of complicated rotor dynamic systems.
