@@@@This paper put forward a new machining method in 3D impeller, which named linear axes milling method. The two rotate axes of 5 axes machining center are fixed in a specific angle and only linear axes co-moved when the machine perform the milling process. High speed milling and fine finishing method is applied in roughing process to acquire high efficiency and reduce cutting tool expenses.
