校本课程开发作为创办特色学校的重要途径,成功与否离不开教师的支持与参与.本文通过对成都市的20所小学的调查结果分析,合理的知识结构是教师参与课程开发的首要条件,由于教师知识的“内隐”特点,对教师课程参与程度的影响不容忽视.本研究在对教师知识的“内隐”特性的反思基础之上提出构建促进小学教师参与课程开发的路径.

In this paper, the findings of the 20 primary schools in Chengdu, reasonable knowledge structure is the primary condition for teachers to participate in curriculum development, due to the"implicit" features of the knowledge of teachers, the degree of participation of teachers courses can not be ignored. In this study, reflect on the basis of "implicit characteristics of teachers' knowledge to build the promotion of primary school teachers to participate in curriculum development path.
