目的分析颅骨骨折的CT表现,提高头部创伤中颅骨骨折的诊断水平.方法回顾性分析6940例头部创伤患者的CT资料,对各型颅骨骨折的CT表现进行评价.结果6940例头部创伤患者中颅骨骨折患者有368例,发生率为5.30%.结论 CT扫描能很好地显示颅骨骨折的直接征象和间接征象,有较高的诊断价值,对临床选择治疗方案非常重要.

Objective To analyze the CT features of skull fracture, improve the skull trauma skull fracture diagnosis. Methods A retrospective analysis of 6940 cases of traumatic brain injury patient CT data, each type of fracture of skull CT performance evaluation. Results 368 cases of skull fracture, fracture incidence was 5.30%. Conclusion CT scan can well show the skull fracture in the direct signs and indirect signs, has high clinical value, the choice of clinical therapy is very important.
