With the improvement of living standards, people are focus on preserving their health, especially the health-care food as traditional dietetic therapy. At the present, although the health-care food industry is a standard business, there are a lot of questions in production, researching and market of the health-care food. The problem has caused the serious crisis of confidence. The essay analysis the development and the question of the health-care food, and give suggestion to the health-care food supervision.
