本研究首次报道了纵条纹炭角菌(Xylaria striata)的形态特征及子实体的培养方法.在琼脂培养基上培养观察形态特征,在棉子壳培养基中添加不同量的麸皮(10%,20%,30%),研究麸皮用量对子实体生长及产量的影响.试验结果表明,该菌可以在琼脂培养基上直接形成子实体,麸皮浓度对纵条纹炭角菌子实体生长及产量有较大的影响,当麸皮添加量为20%时,子实体产量最高,生物效率达到18.5%.

In this study, the morphological characteristics and culture method of fruit body of Xylaria striata is re-ported for the first time. Culturing and observing the morphologic characteristics of X. striata in agar culture medium and bran with different concentration (10%, 20% and 30%) were appended in cottonseed shell medium in order to study the effect of bran on growth and yield of fruit body. The results showed that the X. striata can form fruit bod-ies directly in the agar culture medium, the growth and yield of fruit body were influenced by the bran of different concentration obviously, and the average yield of fruit body have a maximum value when the concentration of bran is 20%, and the biological efficiency reached 18.5%.
