探讨由大连三仪生物工程研究所利用微生物菌种发酵的方法提取的L-阿拉伯糖对营养性肥胖小鼠减肥的影响.以昆明小鼠为实验动物,建立肥胖模型,之后用L-阿拉伯糖干预治疗,实验期间监测空腹体重,血清甘油三酯、总胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白、脏器指数和脂体比.中剂量组的体重、脂体比、甘油三酯水平和高密度脂蛋白水平与模型对照组比较均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01).2 g/kg·BW 剂量的L-阿拉伯糖对于营养性肥胖小鼠有很好的减肥效果,且能有效的降低甘油三酯含量和提高高密度脂蛋白水平.

Investigate the effect on the alimentary obesity mice weight-loss of the L-arabinose which is extracted through microbiological fermentation by Dalian Sanyi biological engineering institute. Use the Kunming mice as the experimental animal, build the obesity model, then utilize the L-arabinose interfere therapy and monitor the fasting on body weight, serum triglyceride, high density lipoprotein, viscera index and the ratio of the lipid and body. The body weight, the lipid-body ratio, Triglyceride and high density lipoprotein level is significant to the control group (P<0.05 or P<0.01) in the mid-dose group. The dose with 2g/kg·BW L-arabinose have dominant influence on the alimentary obesity mice, and furthermore, is competent in decreasing the percentage of triglyceride and elevate the level of high density lipidprotein.
