目的研究苏木的化学成分.方法通过多种柱色谱法和高效液相制备色谱分离纯化化合物,通过理化常数及波谱数据解析其结构.结果从苏木乙酸乙酯提取物中分离得到10个化合物,分别鉴定为(-)-5-O-methyllatifolin (1),(-)-dalbergiphenol (2),(-)-latifolin (3),3,5-二甲氧基-4-羟基肉桂醛(4),6,4-'二羟基-7-甲氧基-黄烷酮(5),(+)-南烛木树脂酚(6),3,7-二羟基色原酮(7),3'-O-甲氧基巴西苏木素(8),3'-O-甲基苏木醇(9)以及3'-O-去氧苏木醇(10).结论化合物1~5为该属植物首次分离.

@@@@Objective To investigate the chemical constituents of Caesalpinia sappan L. Methods The compounds were isolated and purified by repeated column chromatography and preparative HPLC. The structures were elucidated on the basis of physical characteristics and spectral data. Results Ten compounds were isolated and identified as (-)-5-O-methyllatifolin (1), (+)-dalbergiphenol (2), (-)-latifolin (3), 3,5-dimethoxyl-4-hydroxylcinanamldehyde (4), 6,4'-dihydroxy-7-methoxy-flavanone (5), (-)-lyoniresinol (6), 3,7-dihydroxychromen-4-one (7), 3'-O-methylbrazilin @@@@(8), 3'-O-methylsappanol (9) and 3'-O-deoxysappanol (10) , respectively. Conclusion Compounds 1--5 were isolated from Caesalpinia genus for the first time.
