目的研究绿茶多酚对D-半乳糖所致亚急性衰老模型小鼠的抗衰老作用.方法 D-半乳糖皮下注射6周建立衰老小鼠模型,同时灌胃给予绿茶多酚100,250,625mg/kg,空白对照组给予等体积生理盐水,检测各组小鼠血清中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性及丙二醛(MDA)含量,脑组织单胺氧化酶(MAO)和一氧化氮合酶(NOS)活性.并测定脑、脾脏与胸腺的系数.结果绿茶多酚3个剂量组均能升高血液中SOD活性,降低血液中MDA的含量,降低脑组织中MAO活性和升高脑组织中NOS活性,此外,绿茶多酚中、高剂量组对衰老小鼠免疫功能低下及脑萎缩状态有明显改善.结论绿茶多酚具有较好的抗衰老作用.

목적연구록다다분대D-반유당소치아급성쇠로모형소서적항쇠로작용.방법 D-반유당피하주사6주건립쇠로소서모형,동시관위급여록다다분100,250,625mg/kg,공백대조조급여등체적생리염수,검측각조소서혈청중초양화물기화매(SOD)활성급병이철(MDA)함량,뇌조직단알양화매(MAO)화일양화담합매(NOS)활성.병측정뇌、비장여흉선적계수.결과록다다분3개제량조균능승고혈액중SOD활성,강저혈액중MDA적함량,강저뇌조직중MAO활성화승고뇌조직중NOS활성,차외,록다다분중、고제량조대쇠로소서면역공능저하급뇌위축상태유명현개선.결론록다다분구유교호적항쇠로작용.
@@@@Objective To investigate the anti-aging effect of green tea polyphenols(GTP)on D-galactose-induced subacute aging in mice. Methods The mice aging models were established by injecting D-galactose 140 mg/kg subcutaneously for six weeks. Then they were treated intragastrically with green tea polyphenols(100, 250, 625 mg/ @kg)for six weeks. Normal control group were treated intragastrically with normal saline (NS). Activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and content of malondialdehyde (MDA) in serum were determined, activities of monoamine oxidase (MAO)and nitric oxide synthase(NOS)in brain tissue and the immune indexes were determined. Results GTP (100, 250, 625 mg/kg) not only markedly increased the activity of SOD in serum, but also decreased the content of MDA significantly in serum, MAO activity in brain tissue was decreased and NOS activity in brain was improved, GTP(250, 625 mg/kg)also promoted the recovery of lobar atrophy and hypoimmunity of aging mice markedly. Conclusion The study showed that GTP had nice effects of anti-aging.
