目的研究见血飞的化学成分.方法利用色谱硅胶、Sephadex LH20与RP-18柱分离,NMR法等鉴定结构.结果分离出7个化合物,分别鉴定为:虎耳草素(pimpinellin,Fec-Ⅰ)、飞龙掌血内酯(toddalolactone,Fec-Ⅱ)、异虎耳草素(isopimplnellin,Fec-Ⅲ)、茵芋碱(skimmianine,Fec-Ⅳ)、3-乙酰基-α-香树脂醇(3-acetyl-α-amyranol,Fec-Ⅴ)、β-谷甾醇(β-sitosterol,Fec-Ⅵ)、7-甲氧基-5,4'-二羟基二氢黄酮醇(7-methoxy-5,4'- dihydroxyflavanonol,Fec-Ⅶ).结论其中化合物Ⅶ为首次从芸香科植物中分离得到.

@@@@Objective To study the chemical constituents of Caesalpinia cucullata Roxb.. Methods The chemical constituents were separated by silica gel, Sephadex LH20 and RP-18 column chromatography, and their structures were identified by 1H-NMR and 13C-NMR. Results Seven compounds were isolated and identified as: pimpinellin (Fec-Ⅰ), toddalolactone (Fec-Ⅱ), isopimplnellin (Fec-Ⅲ), skimmianine (Fec-Ⅳ), 3-acetyl -α-amyranol (Fec-Ⅴ),β-sitosterol (Fec-Ⅵ) and 7-methoxy-5, 4 'dihydroxyflavanonol (Fec-Ⅶ). Conclusion Compounds Ⅶ is isolated from Rutaceae for the first time.
