@@@@A virtual emulational system suitable for catering delicacy enterprises to train food safety ad-ministrators was set up by applying html5, JSP and SQL techniques. The system had advantages such as realis-tic interface, adequate mutual communication and working task orientation, and it could realize remote educa-tion and performance evaluation. The system was a favorable complement of methods for food safety training and education, which could effectively promote teaching quality and level. Through extension of the database, this system can also be widely applied to the food safety training and working practice in fields of food produc-tion and circulation.
