通过对多孔木霉菌在产孢培养基和产菌丝培养基发酵情况的比较,并对整个发酵过程的菌丝形态进行观察,分析多孔木霉菌的菌丝形态分化与环孢菌素A合成的关系.研究表明,环孢菌素A的合成与多孔木霉菌的形态分化密切相关,膨大的菌丝与孢子相互转化过程中,更有利于环孢菌素A的合成.

The relationship between morphological differentiation and cyclosporin A synthesis in fermentation process of Tolypocladium niveum CA411 was studied. The mycelium and spore morphology changes were observed while Tolypocladium niveum were inoculated in mycelium and sporulation media under the optical microscope. The cyclosporin A synthesis was highly related with morphological differentiation. It's more conducive to the synthesis of cyclosporin A during the process of filamentous hyphae into spore.
