The Training Center for the Workers and Staff of Jianghan Petroleum Administration has been carrying out standardized management of training projects as required .The paper offers an overview of the implementation of standardized management in the Training Center ,which consists of four parts ,i .e .background ,implementation ,im-plementation effects ,and lessons&reflections .On this basis ,the paper illustrates that to successfully manage train-ing projects in a standardized way it requires coordinated action from top to down ,support from the senior leadership , reliance on external resources ,expert guidance ,full participation of the workforce ,and the unity of theory and prac-tice .
