@@@@With the ever-increasing concerns on the issues of energy and environmental protection,it becomes an inevitable trend to develop energy-saving.environment-friendly and low-cost non-quenched and tempered auto?motive steel to replace quenched and tempered steel,which consumes more energy with longer production cycle . On the basis of experimental research,non-quenched and tempered Mn-S, Mn-V and Mn-V-S steel for crankshaft made by large size concast bloom including the section of?130 mm~220 mm has been produced,which are widely used in domestic and international heavy truck of famous brands. The said product can meet the terminal user's re?quirements and be produced in large scale,thus great economic benefit has been brought.
