目的探讨256层螺旋CT低管电压技术在冠状动脉CT血管造影(CTA)前瞻门控扫描应用的可行性.方法90例标准体重患者CTCA病例分为3组,以前瞻门控扫描并采用不同的管电压:120、100、80 kV.根据原始轴位图像及重组图像评价3组病例冠状动脉显示程度,并测量冠状动脉内造影剂的浓度.结果冠状动脉在3组病例中均清晰显示.显示程度评分上,虽然图像噪声与管电压呈负相关性.但100 kV和80 kV管电压扫描完全适用于正常体重病例的检查.冠状动脉内造影剂浓度均维持在较高的水平,图像质量无损失,差异无统计学意义.结论256层螺旋CT冠状动脉CTA使用低电压扫描可以满足标准体重患者CTCA前瞻门控检查的需要,降低患者承受的辐射剂量.

Objective To investigate the feasibility of applying the 256-slices spiral CT with low tube voltage in retrospective ECG-gated helical scan of coronary arteric CT angiography. Methods Ninety patients with coronary artery disease were randomLy divided into three groups. All of patients were normal weight and examined by retrospective ECG-gated helical scan with different tube voltage such as 120 kV, 100 kV and 80 kV. The original axial image and reconstructed image were used to evaluate the appearing degree of coronary artery and measure the concentration of contrast dye in it. Results The coronary artery was observed clearly in all three groups. The noise of acquired images and the tube voltage showed negative correlation in appearing degree of coronary artery. It is suggested that the scan with the tube voltage of 80 kVand 100 kV can be used to examine the patients with normal weight. The concentration of contrast dye in coronary artery was kept at high level, but there is not the loss in the quantity of images and the statistical difference. Conclusion The CT angiography using 256-slices spiral CT with low tube voltage is sufficient to examine the coronary artery of the patients with normal weight and reduce the radiation dose.
