跨学科的持续发展使生态网络的知识架构日臻完善,实践领域日益广阔,特别是在人居环境学科领域,生态网络规划被广泛认可为是一种协调城镇发展与环境保护间矛盾关系的有效手段.吉林省长白朝鲜族县面临国家级开发开放试验区筹备成立、交通条件大幅改善、产业结构深化调整等一系列重大发展机遇,未来城市化进程势必驶入快车道,如何协调好快速城市化与保护优质生态环境间的关系就成为一个核心的议题.长白县生态网络格局规划以人居环境建设生态适宜性分析评价为出发点,对县域范围进行生态功能区的划分,明确县域生态体系结构,细分城镇发展空间与生态建设空间界限,在识别关键性生态功能空间的基础上,参考已有生态网络模式研究成果,通过对不同等级生态廊道的修复和补充,完善关键性生态功能空间的生态连接,强化城镇发展空间与外围生态建设空间的相互联系,最终构建起长白县域多尺度的生态网络系统,为该县快速城镇化的发展提供生态安全保障.

The sustainable and interdisciplinary development make the knowledge hierarchy of ecological network become better day by day, and the practice areas increasingly wider, especial y in residential environment fields, ecological network planning has been widely recognized as a kind of effective mean of coordinating urban development and environmental protection. Changbai Korean nationality county in Jilin province are facing a series of great opportunities for development such as the preparatory establishment of national development experimental zone, significant improvement of traffic conditions and the deepening of the industrial structure adjustment. The future of urbanization is bound into the fast lane. How to coordinate rapid urbanization and ecological environment protection becomes a core issue. According to the ecological suitability assessment of the construction of residential environment, ecological network planning of Changbai county makes the ecological function division of county area, clear the boundaries of urban construction and ecological construction. Based on the identification of key ecological function space and reference for the existing research results of ecological network models, the Planning repairs and completes ecological corridors from different levels, perfects the ecological connection of key ecological function spaces, strengthens interrelation between urban development space and ecological construction space, and eventually builds up the multi-scale ecological network system of Changbai county which provides the ecological security for the rapid urbanization of the county development.
