高职酒店管理专业实习评价存在着有效的过程考核缺乏,评价指标模糊、单一,企业有效参与不足,评价方式不科学等问题.评价体系的设计应将过程性与终结性、定量评价与定性评价、企业考核与学校考核等结合起来,以取得良好的实践结果.

고직주점관리전업실습평개존재착유효적과정고핵결핍,평개지표모호、단일,기업유효삼여불족,평개방식불과학등문제.평개체계적설계응장과정성여종결성、정량평개여정성평개、기업고핵여학교고핵등결합기래,이취득량호적실천결과.
@@@@There are some problems such as the absence of effective process evaluation,the obscure and simple indicators,the absence of effective participation of enterprise,and the unscientific ways in the internship evaluation of Hotel Management profession of vocational colleges.In the design of evaluation system,we should combine the process character with the concluding character,quantitative evaluation with qualitative evaluation,enterprise evaluation with school evaluation in the design of evaluation system,so as to make a good practical achievement.
