This article focuses on the fact that animation industry has been elected as the red card in 2012 Graduate Employment and analyzes the restrictions and limitations as a result of the practical problems of Chinese animation education and the backward personnel training modes. It suggests accomplishing superior joint among colleges, reform training programs and establishing cultural inheritance targets, so as to achieve joint development of animation education and thus effectively improve the comprehensive competitiveness and employment rate of students majoring in animation, therefore creating fine animation products with Chinese characteristics.
