Through understanding corporate culture, this article summarized the characteristics of plant engineering consulting services and analyzed the problems existed in developing culture within plant engineering consulting enterprises. This article proposed the accurate positioning of corporate cultural characteristics, procedure of scientifically establishing corporate cultural system, and concepts to assure that the culture built would take roots. It provides value for plant engineering consulting companies to implement the concepts of scientific development, enhance soft power, boost performance and guide companies’sustainable development.
