研究旨在分析白酒糟发酵粉的化学组成并测定生长猪的消化能、代谢能及氨基酸标准回肠消化率,同时以豆粕为对比,评价白酒糟发酵粉作为猪蛋白质饲料原料应用的可行性.试验一选用6头杜×长×大三元杂交去势公猪[体重为(35.3±3.5) kg],采用3×3双拉丁方设计,应用套算法,全收粪技术,测定白酒糟发酵粉和豆粕的消化能和代谢能;每个试验期10 d,前5 d为适应期,后5 d为粪尿收集期.试验二选用6头安装简单T型瘘管的杜×长×大三元杂交去势公猪[体重为(32.3±2.8) kg],采用3×3双拉丁方设计,测定白酒糟发酵粉和豆粕的氨基酸标准回肠消化率;每个试验期7 d,前5 d为适应期,后2 d为食糜收集期.结果表明,白酒糟发酵粉和豆粕的消化能分别为9.42 MJ/kg和14.77 MJ/kg;代谢能分别为8.91 MJ/kg和14.39 MJ/kg.白酒糟发酵粉消化能和代谢能均显著低于豆粕(P<0.05),分别为豆粕的64%和62%.白酒糟发酵粉和豆粕必需氨基酸标准回肠消化率分别为59.26%和79.85%;非必需氨基酸标准回肠消化率分别为44.77%和74.72%;总氨基酸标准回肠消化率分别为52.82%和77.57%.除色氨酸和胱氨酸外,均显著低于豆粕(P<0.05).白酒糟发酵粉的必需氨基酸、非必需氨基酸和总氨基酸的标准回肠消化率分别为豆粕的74%、60%和68%.综上所述,白酒糟发酵粉的消化能、代谢能和氨基酸标准回肠消化率低于豆粕,但仍具有较高的饲用价值.白酒糟发酵粉可作为蛋白质饲料原料应用于养猪生产.

This experiment was conducted to analyze the nutrient composition of spirit-based dis?tillers' grains and determine the digestible energy (DE), metabolizable energy (ME) and standard?ized ileal digestibility (SID) of amino acids of spirit-based distillers' grains. Soybean meal (SBM) was set as a control to evaluate the practicability of spirit-based distillers' grains used as protein feed ingredient for growing pigs. In Exp. 1, 6 crossbred barrows [Duroc×(Landrace×Large White)], with an average body weight (BW) of (35.3±3.5) kg, were used in a replicated 3×3 Latin squares design digestion trial. The DE and ME values of spirit-based distillers' grains and soybean meal were calculated using the substitution procedure and each feeding period lasted for 10 d, with to?tal collection of feces and urine during the last 5 d. In Exp. 2, 6 crossbred barrows [BW=(32.3± 2.8) kg] fitted with a simple T-cannula at the distal ileum were allotted to one of three exper?imental treatments in a replicated 3 × 3 Latin squares design to determine SID of amino ac?ids of spirit-based distillers' grains and SBM. Each feeding period included of a 5-day adap? tation period followed by 2 days for collection of ileal digesta. The results showed that spirit-based distillers' grains had lower DE (9.42 MJ/kg) and ME (8.91 MJ/kg) values compared with SBM (14.77 and 14.39 MJ/kg) (P<0.05). The DE and ME values of spirit-based distillers' grains were 64% and 62% of that for SBM, respectively. The SID of essential amino acids (EAA) of spir?it-based distillers' grains and SBM were 59.26%and 79.85%, the SID of non-essential amino ac?ids (NEAA) were 44.77% and 74.72%, and the SID of total amino acids (TAA) were 52.82% and 77.57%, respectively. Except for tryptophan and cystine, the SID of amino acids of spirit-based distillers' grains was less (P<0.05) than that for SBM. The SID of EAA, NEAA and TAA in spirit-based distillers' grains were 74%, 60% and 68% of that for SBM. These results indicated that the DE, ME values and SID of amino acid of spirit-based distillers' grains were lower than that for SBM, but spirit-based distillers' grains had a relatively high feeding value and could be used as protein feed ingredient in pig industry.
