通过对大鼠血浆SOD、CAT、GSH-PX活性及MDA、BUN含量的测定,研究了罗汉果叶黄酮对游泳训练大鼠抗疲劳以及运动氧应激损伤的保护作用.结果表明:服用罗汉果叶黄酮可提高力竭后大鼠血浆SOD、CAT、GSH-PX活性,降低血浆MDA、BUN含量.表明罗汉果叶黄酮能提高机体的抗氧化水平,降低运动时蛋白质的消耗,提高大鼠的运动能力.

This study investigated the effect of Flavonoids in Luohanguo Leaves on anti-fatigue and the protection from oxidative stress in rats after swimming training. The rats were divided into the quiet group, the pro-quiet exhaustive group, the pro-administration exhaustive group, the pro-training exhaustive group and the pro-administration-training exhaustive group. The activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT) and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px), and the contents of malondialdehyde (MDA) and blood urea nitrogen (BUN) in plasma were tested. The results showed that Flavonoids in Luohanguo Leaves could obviously increase the activities of SOD, CAT and GSH-Px, while decrease the contents of MDA and BUN during swimming and exhaustive exercise. It was indicated that Flavonoids in Luohanguo Leaves could improve the antioxidant levels of body and reduce the consumption of protein during exercise to increase the exercise capacity in rats.
