文章采取文献资料法、问卷调查法和访谈法等对武汉市部分高校女子防身术课程的开展现状及存在问题进行了实地调查.结果显示,武汉高校开展女子防身术课程时间较短、多以公选课形式安排、较少有专门场地教学、师资多以武术专业老师任教、学校对该课程缺乏重视但学生主体感觉较好.提出要在思想层面上重视、课程设置上紧扣实际应用、软硬件上予以加强等建议.

By using of Literature review, interviews, survey, mathematical statistics and logical analysis, the suability of setting up Women's Self Defense Course in Colleges in Wuhan is investigated. The results show that Wuhan University self-defense class time is short, with optional course arrangement, less specialized venues, teachers teaching in Wushu professional teachers, school in the course of the lack of attention but students feel better. The author puts forward suggestions that ideological level should be pay attention to, the curriculum should be closely with the practical application, software and hardware should be strengthened.
