新兴旅游产业的快速发展,推动了长三角地区旅游度假区的密集建设,也带来了各度假区产业定位不明、发展同质化、建设缺乏指导等相关问题.结合度假区自身区位类型特点,探索合理的发展模式,准确把握度假区自身特色,选择合适的旅游核心吸引产品,显得尤为重要.以苏州工业园区阳澄湖半岛为例,针对“城市型旅游度假区”的发展策略、总体定位、发展构架、特色塑造等重点问题提出了规划建议,重点强化了生态保护以及绿色发展等转型策略,为该类型旅游度假区的可持续发展做了有益探索.

The rapid development of the emerging tourism industry has promoted the intensive construction of the tourist resort area of the Yangtze River Delta region, and it also brings some related issues, such as the vague functional orientation, the homogenization development, the lack of construction guidance and so on. This paper points out that it’s particularly important to explore reasonable development mode and select the appropriate core tourist products of attraction as well as the combinations of the resort's own type of location characteristics. Then this paper takes Yangcheng Lake peninsula in Suzhou Industrial Park as an example, firstly aiming at the overall positioning strategy for the development of urban-type tourist resort, secondly putting forward planning proposals for the development of the architecture and the regional specialties, and thirdly focusing on enhancing the transformation of ecological protection and green development strategy. This paper tries to do a useful study and exploration for the sustainable development of the tourist resort.
