移动目标检测技术已被广泛应用于各种视频监控中.而如何使用更少的计算资源进行有效的移动目标判决,并与整个安防系统进行联动,成为当前亟待解决的问题.文章在 DaVinci DVS6467T开发板的视频监控项目基础上,实现了一种针对YUV视频数据的时间差分移动侦测方法,并将其联动至报警录像、云台巡航等其他功能上.实验结果证明,该方案能很好地胜任无人值守时的区域监控任务.

Moving target detection technology has been widely used in a variety of video surveillance. It has become a hot research topic to use fewer computing resources to judge move targets effective-ly and link itto the security system. In this paper, a time-difference moving detection method dealing with YUV video data is realized based on the video surveillance project of DaVinci DVS6467T develop-ment board. This method has been linked to other functions, such as alarm videos and panheads for PTZ cruise. Experimental results show that this scheme is well qualified for the area supervision tasks when unattended.
