背景:化疗药物缓释系统能够改善化疗药物对胃癌的治疗效果,是目前药物材料研究的热点.目的:评价不同缓释药物系统治疗胃癌的缓释性能及靶向作用效果.方法:通过不同的制备方法获得5-氟尿嘧啶聚乳酸缓释药物、5-氟尿嘧啶壳聚糖缓释药物、纳米活性炭吸附丝裂霉素缓释药物以及几丁糖顺铂缓释药物,并检测上述药物的缓释性能特征,同时明确上述缓释药物对胃癌的靶向作用以及对胃癌的治疗效果.结果与结论:5-氟尿嘧啶聚乳酸缓释药物、5-氟尿嘧啶壳聚糖缓释药物、纳米活性炭吸附丝裂霉素缓释药物以及几丁糖顺铂缓释药物具有良好的药物缓释性能,可以延长药物与肿瘤组织的作用时间,使化疗药物发挥更强的胃癌细胞抑制和杀伤作用,改善胃癌患者的预后,延长胃癌患者的生存.此外,采用腹腔灌注化疗药物的给药方式,可以进一步提高化疗药物对胃癌组织的杀伤作用.
揹景:化療藥物緩釋繫統能夠改善化療藥物對胃癌的治療效果,是目前藥物材料研究的熱點.目的:評價不同緩釋藥物繫統治療胃癌的緩釋性能及靶嚮作用效果.方法:通過不同的製備方法穫得5-氟尿嘧啶聚乳痠緩釋藥物、5-氟尿嘧啶殼聚糖緩釋藥物、納米活性炭吸附絲裂黴素緩釋藥物以及幾丁糖順鉑緩釋藥物,併檢測上述藥物的緩釋性能特徵,同時明確上述緩釋藥物對胃癌的靶嚮作用以及對胃癌的治療效果.結果與結論:5-氟尿嘧啶聚乳痠緩釋藥物、5-氟尿嘧啶殼聚糖緩釋藥物、納米活性炭吸附絲裂黴素緩釋藥物以及幾丁糖順鉑緩釋藥物具有良好的藥物緩釋性能,可以延長藥物與腫瘤組織的作用時間,使化療藥物髮揮更彊的胃癌細胞抑製和殺傷作用,改善胃癌患者的預後,延長胃癌患者的生存.此外,採用腹腔灌註化療藥物的給藥方式,可以進一步提高化療藥物對胃癌組織的殺傷作用.

@@@@BACKGROUND: The delivery system of chemotherapy drugs can improve the therapeutic effect of chemotherapy drugs on gastric cancer, and it is a hot spot of the research of drug materials. OBJECTIVE: To evaluate release properties and targeting effects of sustained-release drugs for the treatment of gastric cancer. METHODS: The 5-fluorouracil polylactic acid sustained-release drugs, 5-fluorouracil chitosan sustained-release drugs, nano-activated carbon mitomycin sustained-release drugs and chitosan cisplatin sustained-release drugs were prepared through different methods. Sustained-release performance and characteristics of the drugs above were detected, and the targeting effects and therapeutic effect of the drugs on gastric cancer were identified. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: The 5-fluorouracil polylactic acid sustained-release drugs, 5-fluorouracil chitosan sustained-release drugs, nano-activated carbon mitomycin sustained-release drugs and chitosan cisplatin sustained-release drugs have good sustained-release properties which can prolong the effective time of drugs on tumor tissues, help the chemotherapy drugs play a stronger inhibition and kil ing effect on gastric cancer cells, improve prognosis and prolong the survival of patients with gastric cancer. In addition, the application of peritoneal perfusion of chemotherapy drugs can further improve the kil ing effect of chemotherapy drugs on gastric cancer tissues.
