目的评价该消毒液的急性毒性及亚急性毒性、皮肤及眼刺激性和致突变性.方法按照国家规范,选用大小鼠和家兔进行急性经口毒性试验、皮肤刺激试验、眼睛刺激试验、微核试验和亚急性毒性试验.结果实际无毒级;对家兔皮肤无刺激性;对家兔眼睛有轻度刺激性;对小鼠胸骨髓细胞微核率未见明显的影响;对大鼠各阶段体重、肝肾脏体比和血液学指标均无显著影响;血生化指标仅可见雌鼠中剂量组的肌酐和总蛋白降低有显著性差异,受试物高剂量组动物未见中毒性损伤改变.结论该消毒液对眼睛有轻刺激性,未见皮肤刺激性和致突变性,属实际无毒类,未见明显的亚慢性毒性.

Objective To study the acute toxicity,sub-acute toxicity, dermal and eye irritation,mutagenicity of the dermal disinfector. Method A acute oral toxicity test, acute eye and dermal irritation test, micronucleus test and sub-actue toxicity test were observevd. Results The disinfector was practicaly nontoxic. There was no irritation to rabbit skin and slightly irritation to rabbit eyes. There was no toxicity effects on bone marrow cel micronucleus, body weight and hematology. The differences of creatinine ,total protein in the middle dose of female rats were significant with the control group. Conclusion The disinfector had no dermal irritation, no sub-acute toxicity, no mutagenicity. It was practicaly nontoxic, slightly irritation to experimental rabbit eyes.
