目的探讨小牛血清去蛋白对放射性皮炎的疗效.方法采用随机分组对照研究,64例鼻咽癌患者分实验组(34人)和对照组(30人),实验组从放疗的第l天起至放疗结束每天静脉滴注小牛血清去蛋白注射液5mL+0.9%生理盐水100ml,对照组从放疗的第l天起至放疗结束每天静脉滴注0.9%生理盐水100ml.观察两组放射性皮炎出现的时间、程度、愈合的时间、总治疗时间,相关结果进行统计学分析.结果实验组和对照组在放疗后15d左右,放射野均出现不同程度的放射性皮炎,以颈部明显.实验组出现放射性皮炎出现时间较迟,对照组出现放射性皮炎出现时间较早,两组数据差异具有显著性意义(P<0.05);实验组创面愈合时间较短.对照组皮肤创面愈合时间较长.两组数据差异具有显著性意义(P<0.05).结论小牛血清去蛋白对放射性皮炎有较好的预防和治疗作用.

Objective To investigate the efficacy of calf serum to the protein in the prevention and treatment of acute radioactive dermatitis in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Conclusion The fetal calf serum protein on radiation dermatitis to better prevention and treatment.
