目的:研究心电图与超声心动图在原发性高血压左心室肥厚诊断中的应用价值.方法:将我院门诊及病房收治的120例原发性高血压左心室肥厚患者的临床资料随机进行对照组与观察组的均分.对照组行心电图方法检查,观察组行超声心动图方法检查,比较两组方法在原发性高血压左心室肥厚中的检出率.结果:对照组患者运用心电图方法检查,共查出左心室肥厚患者24例,阳性率为40%;观察组运用超声心动图方法检查,共查出左心室肥厚患者41例,阳性率为68.3%;组间阳性检出率比较具有统计学显著差异(P<0.01).结论:心电图与超声心动图在原发性高血压左心室肥厚诊断中都具有一定的临床价值,但相较而言,超声心动图临床诊断效果更明显,有条件地区可将其作为首选方法应用于临床.

Objective: To study the ECG and echocardiography Figure value in essential hypertension left ventricular hypertrophy diagnosis. Methods: 120 cases admitted to our clinic and ward primary hypertensive left ventricular hypertrophy clinical data of patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group. The control group underwent ECG examination, and the observation group used echocardiography method checks, detection rates of essential hypertension left ventricular hypertrophy were compared between the two groups. Results: The control group of patients using ECG method checks uncovered a total of 24 cases of patients with left ventricular hypertrophy, and the positive rate was 40%; The observation group useed echocardiography to check uncovered a total of 41 cases of patients with left ventricular hypertrophy, and the positive rate of 68.3%. There was a significantly statistical difference of positive rate between the two groups (P <0.01). Conclusion: ECG and ultrasound echocardiography in essential hypertension left ventricular hypertrophy diagnosis have some clinical value, but by contrast echocardiography in clinical diagnosis more obvious conditional region as the preferred method of application in clinical.
