目的:探讨社会相关因素对早产的影响和预防保健措施.方法:通过回顾性分析2009年1月—2011年12月我院住院分娩的390例早产产妇的临床资料并与非早产5210例产妇比较.结果:产前检查次数少、首次产检时间迟、文化程度低、经济收入低、从事重体力劳动、经历负性事件的产妇发生早产的比例均明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(p<0.01).结论:社会因素可导致早产的发生,加强围产期保健,提高保健意识对降低早产发生有积极作用.

Objective: To investigate the related factors of preterm delivery health measures. Methods:hospital deliveries January 2009 December to 2011 by retrospective analysis of 390 cases of premature maternal clinical data with 5210 cases of non-preterm matemal. Results: the number of prenatal care check-ups for the first time late,low education,low income,engaged in heavy manual labor,the proportion of matemal expensive negative events of preterm delivery were significantly higher,the difference was statisticaly significant(p<0.01). Conclusion: Social factors can lead to premature delivery,and enhance perinatal care and improve health awareness have a positive effect in reducing preterm birth occurred.
