目的观察奥曲肽联合复方丹参注射液治疗急性胰腺炎(AP)的疗效.方法将60例AP患者随机平均分为两组,均予奥曲肽静脉滴注,治疗组加用复方丹参注射液.结果总有效率治疗组96.67%,对照组70.00%,两组差异有统计学意义.结论复方丹参注射液联合奥曲肽能明显改善AP患者的临床症状和体征,疗效好,可缩短住院时间.

Objective To observe the efficacy of Octreotide combined with Compound Salvia Miltiorrhiza Injection in the treatment of acute pancreatitis (AP). Method 60 AP patients were randomly divided into two groups, herein are octreotide intravenous infusion, the treatment group were treated with Compound Salvia Miltiorrhiza Injection. Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was 96.67%, 70.00% of the control group, the difference was statisticaly significant. Conclusion Octreotide combined with Compound Salvia Miltiorrhiza Injection can significantly improve the clinical signs and symptoms of the patients with AP, efficacy, shorter hospital stays.
