目的通过灭菌物品细菌培养,结合工艺监测,化学监测和生物监测等检测方法,评价本单位消毒供应中心的灭菌物品质量.方法2009-2012年对灭菌包进行抽样检测,并予细菌培养.结果4年共采样1020份,合格1020份,2009~2012年合格率分别为:分别为100%、99.6%、100%、100%,平均总合格率99.9%.结论我院无菌物品质量监测合格率高,保证了无菌物品的安全使用.

Objective:To evaluate the quality of sterilization in the Central of Supply Service Department by the methods of germiculture,as wel as process monitoring,chemical monitoring and biological monitoring.Methods :Detect the sterilized packages from 2009-2012 in the CSSD which were carried out by random selection and make germiculture.Results:There were 1020 samples in these 4 years which were al qualified,and the rate of qualified every year were:100%,99.6%,100% and 100%.The average total qualified rate were 99.9%. Conclusions:The qualified rate of quality monitoring for sterilization in our hospital are high enough which ensure the safe use of sterilization.
