目的观察微量泵持续泵入硝普钠治疗顽固性心衰的效果.方法对我院住院治疗的病例26例,男17例,女9例,年龄45-76岁.其中心肌梗塞9例,肺心病8例,风心病5例,扩心病4例,心功能均为IV级的护理观察.结果自2004年1月至2008年12月我院顽固性心力衰竭26例患者应用微量泵持续泵入硝普钠的治疗过程中经认真遵守操作规程,严密观察病人生命体征和药物反应,调整用量,经护理后除2例感轻微头痛外,无1例发生其它并发症.结论微量注射泵将药液精确、均匀、持续地泵入体内,可保持最佳血药浓度,产生最好的效果,有效改善病人的症状和体征,且操作简单,减轻护理工作量,具有临床推广价值.

Objective: The objective is to observe the treatment effect of trace pump continues to pump into the sodium nitroprusside in Intractable heart failure. Methods:The method is by selecting 26 cases (male: 17, female: 9 )that patients are in the age from 45 to 76. These 26 cases includes 9 myocardial infarction cases, 8 pulmonary heart disease cases, 5 rheumatic heart disease cases and 4 expansion of heart disease, al these patients’ cardiac function achieve IV grade. Results: These 26 patients that receive this treatment in our hospital abide strictly by operating instruction from January 2004 to December 2008. Through strictly observing patients’ vital signs and drug reaction and adjusting use level, the results shows that only 2 cases patients feel light headache, and the rest have not other complication. Conclusion: Trace pump infection take medicine water accurately, uniformly and abidingly to pump into human body. This can maintains the best blood concentration and products the best effect and improve effectively sings and symptoms. In addition, this process is very simple and can decrease the nursing care workload. So this treatment deserves clinical popularization.
