为了控制空气预热器低温腐蚀,现在火力发电厂一般采用在空预器一次风和二次方入口加装管式蒸汽加热暖风器的方法.此方法虽然有效的解决了腐蚀问题但同时也增加了风道阻力,加大了风机电耗.我们通过把固定式暖风器改为抽拉式,在不用的季节将暖风器抽出,有效的降低了风机电耗.

In order to control the air preheater low temperature corrosion,now usually adopts the coal-fired power plants in the air preheater a wind and a quadratic entrance the tube type steam heating method of the warm wind. This method is effective to solve the corrosion problems but also increased a duct resistance,increase the fan power consumption. We through the warm wind is fixed to a rumsfeld,in the season will not take the warm wind,effectively reduce the power consumption of the fan.
