百万千瓦级汽轮发电机,因其无刷励磁机的结构特殊,无法直接测得发电机转子的电流和电压,无法根据电流和电压计算出转子温度.文章介绍了一种基于ASA图计算的发电机转子温度测算系统,通过间接测量的方法和采用作图法得到转子电流值,然后根据励磁机负载特性曲线查得发电机转子电阻值,进而得出转子温度在线监测值.

@@@@Because of the special structure of the brushless exciter in the Million Kilowatts class turbine generator, there was no way either to measure the current and voltage of the rotor directly or calculate the rotor tem-perature according to the current and voltage of the rotor. A measuring system of the generator rotor temperature based on the ASA diagram method was introduced, in which the indirect measuring method, ASA diagram method was ap-plied to achieve the rotor current value, then, looked up the generator rotor resistance in accordance with the exciter load characteristic curve, and finally, calculated the real-time monitoring value of the rotor temperature.
