在修理1989年生产的石横电厂2#机时,发现现实条件已不允许按照当年生产工艺进行修理,需采用新工艺.因此,采用电火花线切割割孔,并优化氩弧焊及真空钎焊工艺.在极大地缩短风扇加工周期的同时,风扇的焊接质量也得到了极大程度地提高.另外,还介绍了重新制造风扇过程中所涉及的多种新工艺和新方法.

@@@@When repairing the 1989’s product by our factory, No.2 generator in the Shiheng Power Plant, new process should be applied because following that year’s pro-ductive workmanship was impossible since over 20 years passed. Such process as cutting holes by electric discharge wire cut , optimized sub-arc welding and vacuum braze welding were adopted, so as to shorten the repair period a great deal and increase the welding quality significantly. Also, many new technique and processing method to re-make this fan were introduced.
