本文研究了大型风电机组整机全工况测试所需的载荷模拟与载荷施加技术,深入分析了扭矩载荷和非扭矩载荷模拟与施加的技术难点,以及二者正确耦合的关键所在.进一步给出新型非扭矩载荷施加装置及载荷耦合装置技术方案,并据此搭建整机测试实验平台,解决大型风电机组样机厂内测试载荷模拟技术难题.

@@@@The load simulating and the load application technologies for large-scale wind turbine full load case testing in testing rig are discussed.The cruxes of the torque loads and non-torque loads simulating and application, and the coupling of these two kinds of loads are analyzed. Furthermore, a novel solution for the non-torque loads application and the coupling method with torque load are provided. According to the method proposed in this paper, a testing rig was constructed to solve the problems of testing load simulating and application of large-scale wind turbine test in testing rig.
