在抽穗开花期和乳熟初期,构建高温微环境鉴定天优3301品种的高温胁迫,明确花期是高温胁迫敏感期,日平均最高穗温35℃,日最高气温37℃,将障碍受精过程,形成大量空壳.试验结果为花期高温胁迫的鉴定和防御提供依据.

High?temperature?stress?of?rice?cultivar?Tianyou?3301?at?heading?stage?and?initial?milk?grain?stage?was?studied?by?constructing?mini-environment?condition?with?high?temperature.?The?results?showed?that?flowering?stage?was?a?sensitive?stage?of?high?temperature?stress.?When?daily?mean?highest?spikelet?temperature?was?35℃?and?daily?highest?temperature?arrived?at?37℃,?the?entire?fertilization?was?obstructed?and?led?to?many?empty?grains.?These?results?will?provide?the?base?for?identification?and?control?of?high?temperature?stress?at?flowering?stage.
