肺的发育是由多条信号共同调控完成的,成纤维细胞生长因子(FGFs)作为重要的细胞间信号分子,几乎参与了它的各个发育阶段,对肺分支的形态发生、细胞的增殖分化等起重要调控作用.本文就近年来FGFs成员在哺乳动物肺发育过程中的最新研究进展进行综述.

@@@@The development of lung is controlled by several signaling pathways. FGFs almost participated in each of its developmental stage as signal molecular,and played important roles in the regulation of branches of morphogenesis,cell proliferation and differentiation.This article reviewed the latest research of FGFs members in the development process of lung in mammalian for the past few years.
