分析了宝钢转炉钢渣微粉的物理和化学性能,表明钢渣微粉具有一定的潜在活性,可以用于制备胶凝材料.尝试了大掺量钢渣微粉胶凝材料的配合比试验,发现通过加入激发剂激发钢渣微粉的潜在活性,最高可使钢渣粉胶凝材料的抗压强度达到42.5 MPa 以上,且安定性合格,可以用作混凝土的胶凝材料.
分析瞭寶鋼轉爐鋼渣微粉的物理和化學性能,錶明鋼渣微粉具有一定的潛在活性,可以用于製備膠凝材料.嘗試瞭大摻量鋼渣微粉膠凝材料的配閤比試驗,髮現通過加入激髮劑激髮鋼渣微粉的潛在活性,最高可使鋼渣粉膠凝材料的抗壓彊度達到42.5 MPa 以上,且安定性閤格,可以用作混凝土的膠凝材料.

The physical and chemical properties of Baosteel steel slag powder are analyzed, The Results indicate that the steel slag powder has certain potential activity and it can be prepared for cementitious material. Through mix ratio test for this cementitious material with large volume steel slag powder,we find that the steel slag powder's potential activity can be stimulated by addition of activators,the 28-days compressive strength of the steel slag powder cementitious material can reach over 42.5 MPa,and its stability is qualified,it can be used as cementitious material for concrete.
