我国中小企业在扩大就业、稳定社会、技术创新、促进经济发展等方面发挥着大企业难以替代的作用,然而融资困难一直是其发展的瓶颈之一.本文将研究视角集中于股权融资方面,研究我国中小企业股权融资的现状,从我国中小企业股权融资的必要性、需求性、优先性三方面进行理论分析.基于以上分析,研究我国中小企业无法获得股权融资的原因,在此基础上提出改善现状的对策建议.

@@@@The small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are playing an irreplaceable role in enlarging employment channels, effecting society stabilization and promoting the technological innovation and economic growth. However, the diffi-culty in financing has restricted its development. This paper focuses on the equity financing. After studying the SMEs’ present status, it comes to an analysis of the necessity, the demanding and the priority of equity financing. Based on this, it discusses the major obstacles to achieving the equity financing and then gives some suggestions to improve the current situations.
