采用离子交换法合成铝柱撑蒙脱石(Al-PILM)和铝铁柱撑蒙脱石(Fe-Al-PILM),经过SO42-酸化,制备为固体酸催化剂,催化合成甲基丙烯酸甲酯.采用XRD、FT-IR、BET等手段对蒙脱石、Al-PILM和Al-Fe-PILM进行表征,并考察反应条件对酯化反应的影响.确定最佳反应条件为反应温度190℃,反应时间120min,催化剂用量为11%, n(甲基丙烯酸):n(甲醇)为1∶2.0.此条件下,2种催化剂催化甲基丙烯酸转化率分别为84.2%、83.6%.
採用離子交換法閤成鋁柱撐矇脫石(Al-PILM)和鋁鐵柱撐矇脫石(Fe-Al-PILM),經過SO42-痠化,製備為固體痠催化劑,催化閤成甲基丙烯痠甲酯.採用XRD、FT-IR、BET等手段對矇脫石、Al-PILM和Al-Fe-PILM進行錶徵,併攷察反應條件對酯化反應的影響.確定最佳反應條件為反應溫度190℃,反應時間120min,催化劑用量為11%, n(甲基丙烯痠):n(甲醇)為1∶2.0.此條件下,2種催化劑催化甲基丙烯痠轉化率分彆為84.2%、83.6%.

@@@@Al pillared montmorillonite (Al-PILM) and Al Fe pillared montmorillonite (Al-Fe-PILM) was synthetized by ion exchange. Solid acid catalyst was prepared with the product after SO42- acidification. Methyl methacrylate was synthetized catalyzed by the prepared solid acid catalyst. Montmorillonite, Al-PILM and Al-Fe-PILM was characterized by means of XRD, FT-IR, TG/DSC, the effects of reaction conditions on esterification reaction were investigated. The optimum reaction conditions were: reaction temperature 190℃ , reaction time 120min, amount of catalyst was 11%, n (methacrylic acid):n (methanol) was 1∶2.0. Under these conditions, the methacrylic acid yield of these two kinds of catalyst was 84.2%, 83.6%, respectively.
