乙硫氮(N,N-二乙基硫代氨基甲酸钠)与Pb(Ⅱ)反应生成白色沉淀物,据此建立了比浊法测定微量铅的新方法.方法是在pH值为7.5的氨水-氯化铵缓冲溶液中,聚乙烯醇作稳定剂,乙硫氮与Pb(Ⅱ)作用得到白色浑浊物,以分光光度计于波长400nm处测量吸光度.Pb(Ⅱ)含量在0~17.5μg·(50mL)-1范围内呈良好的线性关系.方法用于测定锌精矿中微量的铅,结果满意.

@@@@In the buffer solution of ammonia-ammonium chloride which pH was 7.5, applied polyvinyl alcohol as stabilizer, B sulfur nitrogen reacted with Pb ( Ⅱ ) to form the white precipitate. Based on this, a new determination method of trace lead by turbidimetric method was set up. The absorbance was measured at the wavelength of 400 nm. The content of Pb( Ⅱ ) showed a good linear rela-tionship in the range of 0~17.5μg/50mL.The results showed that the determination of trace lead by turbidimetric method was satisfac-tory.
