在硫酸介质中,甲醛对溴酸钾氧化溴甲酚绿溶液褪色有显著的催化作用,褪色程度与甲醛含量成正比,据此建立了测定微量甲醛的催化动力学光度法.方法的最大吸收波长为445nm,在50℃水浴中反应22min,甲醛含量在0~14.0μg·(25mL)-1范围内具有良好的线性关系.将方法用于实验室废水中微量甲醛的测定,结果满意.

@@@@In sulfuric acid medium, formaldehyde had significant catalytic effect on potassium bromate oxidation of bromocresol green solution fade. The fade degree was proportional to formaldehyde content. Based on that, a new catalytic kinetic spectrophotom-etry method was set up to determine trace formaldehyde. The maximum absorption wavelength was at 445nm, the reaction time was 22 minutes in 50℃ water bath. The formaldehyde contents had a good linear relationship in range of 0~14.0 μg/25mL. The method had been used for the determination of trace formaldehyde in laboratory wastewater with satisfactory results.
