分析了影响石化气脱硫的因素,针对石化气脱硫胺液的热稳态盐积累、腐蚀严重、运行周期短等问题,采用胺液净化再生设备进行净化.结果表明,净化后胺液中热稳态盐含量有较大的下降,胺液质量有一定的改善;降低了设备腐蚀,有利于装置的长周期运行.
分析瞭影響石化氣脫硫的因素,針對石化氣脫硫胺液的熱穩態鹽積纍、腐蝕嚴重、運行週期短等問題,採用胺液淨化再生設備進行淨化.結果錶明,淨化後胺液中熱穩態鹽含量有較大的下降,胺液質量有一定的改善;降低瞭設備腐蝕,有利于裝置的長週期運行.

@@@@The influence factors of gas sulfur removal in refinery were analyzed. Aimed at refinery heat-stable salts accumulation in amine solution, severe corrosion and short-term running, an amine purification equipment was applied in a refinery. The results indi-cated that heat-stable salts in purified amine solution had a greater decline, quality of amine had a certain improvement, equipment corrosion reduced, and it was conducive to long-term running.
