介绍了桂西北旱片的自然及经济社会发展情况,分析了该旱片干旱的成因及水资源开发利用中存在的问题,提出了将桂西北旱片划分为右江河谷盆地区、龙江河谷丘陵台地区、土石山区3个治理分区,并结合各分区特点,从工程措施、生态措施、管理服务体制等方面探讨了旱片治理的对策.

@@@@Based on a brief introduction of the natural conditions,economic and social development status of north-western drought area of Guangxi,the author analyzed the causes for drought and the problems existing in develop?ment and utilization of water resources;divided the area into three subzones,including Youjiang river valley basin subzone,Longjiang river valley hilly subzone and earth-rock mountainous zubzone. Combined with the features of each subzone,drought control solutions were discussed in respects of engineering measures,ecological measures, management and service system etc.
