针对糯扎渡水电站地下引水发电系统6#施工支洞施工过程中的坍塌事故,分析其原因,按“固定后方,稳定前方”的处理原则,采用了固结堆渣体、小管棚超前支护、短进尺、弱爆破、强支护等施工处理措施,取得了良好效果,确保了施工质量及安全.
