针对气象数据来源多样、格式众多、时序性强的特点,从暴雨资料现状出发,结合暴雨资料共享需求,参考国内外气象科学数据共享相关技术,提出一个基于元数据的暴雨数据库系统设计及实现方法,建立一个以暴雨过程为核心的暴雨基础数据库系统.该系统融合了暴雨过程发生时间段内的各种地面、高空、雨量等常规气象要素资料和雷达卫星、暴雨数值预报资料等非常规气象要素资料,以及地基GPS/MET、微波辐射计、边界层风廓线等暴雨外场监测资料.该系统共享平台作为中国气象科学数据共享服务网的分节点,自2009年正式运行以来,效果良好.
針對氣象數據來源多樣、格式衆多、時序性彊的特點,從暴雨資料現狀齣髮,結閤暴雨資料共享需求,參攷國內外氣象科學數據共享相關技術,提齣一箇基于元數據的暴雨數據庫繫統設計及實現方法,建立一箇以暴雨過程為覈心的暴雨基礎數據庫繫統.該繫統融閤瞭暴雨過程髮生時間段內的各種地麵、高空、雨量等常規氣象要素資料和雷達衛星、暴雨數值預報資料等非常規氣象要素資料,以及地基GPS/MET、微波輻射計、邊界層風廓線等暴雨外場鑑測資料.該繫統共享平檯作為中國氣象科學數據共享服務網的分節點,自2009年正式運行以來,效果良好.

@@@@Aiming at the characteristics of meteorological data with multiple sources, various forms and strong time series, and starting from the present situation in view of sharing demand of heavy rain data, this paper puts forward the design and realization method of a heavy rain database system based on the metadata to establish a heavy rain basic database system with focus on the heavy rain processes, referring to me-teorological scientific data sharing technology both at home and abroad. This system fuses various conventional and non-conventional meteo-rological data including upper-air and surface observations, rainfall, satellite cloud images, radar data and numerical weather forecast on heavy rain related to heavy rain processes, as well as heavy rain detection data from GPS/MET, radiometer, and wind profiler. The sharing plat of the system has been working well since 2009 as a node of China meteorological data sharing service system.
