轴承套圈锻后细化质量的好坏对轴承的内在质量起着举足轻重的作用.以前锻后细化采用冷却水经压缩空气雾化后喷射到锻件表面的工艺,细化质量因人而异,难以得到有效控制,同时也造成作业环境高温潮湿、噪音大等不良影响.为了克服上述缺点,研制了这套轴承锻后水冷细化机,有效地控制了网状碳化物的形成,提高了产品质量,减少了返修品及废品,降低了产品的能耗,同时也提高了设备的自动化程度.
軸承套圈鍛後細化質量的好壞對軸承的內在質量起著舉足輕重的作用.以前鍛後細化採用冷卻水經壓縮空氣霧化後噴射到鍛件錶麵的工藝,細化質量因人而異,難以得到有效控製,同時也造成作業環境高溫潮濕、譟音大等不良影響.為瞭剋服上述缺點,研製瞭這套軸承鍛後水冷細化機,有效地控製瞭網狀碳化物的形成,提高瞭產品質量,減少瞭返脩品及廢品,降低瞭產品的能耗,同時也提高瞭設備的自動化程度.

@@@@Refining quality of bearing after forging is very important function in internal quality of bearing. The technology which the water atomized by compressing is sprayed to forging surface is difficult to get effective control and may cause detrimental effects in work environment such as high temperature, humidity and noise. This water-cooled refining machine has been developed for overcoming the above disadvantages. It shall control the formation of reticular carbide effectively, improve product quality, reduce rework and scrap, reduce product energy consumption and improve degree of automation of equipment.
