轴承滚道精研过程将破坏滚道的轮廓度,影响轴承的振动和轴向游隙,并且受精研机机型限制,复杂机构的滚道不能实现精研.为提高轴承滚道轮廓精度,突破精研机机型限制,在轴承滚道超精领域引进了乌克兰镜面超精技术.
軸承滾道精研過程將破壞滾道的輪廓度,影響軸承的振動和軸嚮遊隙,併且受精研機機型限製,複雜機構的滾道不能實現精研.為提高軸承滾道輪廓精度,突破精研機機型限製,在軸承滾道超精領域引進瞭烏剋蘭鏡麵超精技術.

@@@@The super finishing process will do harm to the profile of the bearing raceway, thereby the vibration and axial clearance of the bearing is effected. Being limited to the structure of super finishing machine, some raceway with complex structure can not be super finished. In order to improve the profile accuracy of the bearing raceway and break through the limits of the structure of super finishing machine, the mirror super finishing technique from Ukraine is introduced in the super finishing area of bearing raceway.
