在火炸药真空安定性试验原理的基础上,针对易挥发和在试验温度下熔化分解的含能材料安定性评价的需求,建立了全浸式真空安定性试验技术(QJ-VST),实时记录样品试验全过程的压力值,避免仅测定试验终点压力值而对样品安定性产生的错误判断,为火炸药材料的安定性研究、等温热分解动力学分析、贮存寿命预估提供了一种新方法.
在火炸藥真空安定性試驗原理的基礎上,針對易揮髮和在試驗溫度下鎔化分解的含能材料安定性評價的需求,建立瞭全浸式真空安定性試驗技術(QJ-VST),實時記錄樣品試驗全過程的壓力值,避免僅測定試驗終點壓力值而對樣品安定性產生的錯誤判斷,為火炸藥材料的安定性研究、等溫熱分解動力學分析、貯存壽命預估提供瞭一種新方法.

@@@@In order to study the stability of the energetic material with volatility or resolvability in low temperature, a new method named continuous vacuum stability test (QJ-VST) was established based on the principle of vacuum stability test. The pressure of gas in the decomposition process of explosive and propellant can be recorded continuously by this new method. The trend of decomposition can be observed in detail compared with traditional VST method, so the mistaken evaluation can be avoided. QJ-VST provides a new way of stability compare, isothermal decomposition kinetics analysis and storage life evaluation in research of energetic materials.
